Full Stack Engineers
What you’ll do
As a Full stack, you will be working closely with engineers, product managers and designers in a cross-functional team building key features of our application.
You will actively participate in product development from ideation to deployment and beyond including technology, product and architecture discussions. You’ll participate in regular stand-ups; design and develop efficient, reusable and testable code, and combine these into a delightful experience.
You will participate in code reviews and help to guide software architecture decisions, maintaining quality to ensure the responsiveness of applications. You will mentor and learn from other engineers, and be a strong advocate for engineering best practices.
You will be a self-starter, continually identifying valuable initiatives and driving them to completion.
What you’ll be doing
Developing, deploying and operating our consumer-facing application and internal tools.
Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
Developing and maintaining our accessibility-first design system from the ground up.
Working across our backend and frontend.
Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
Collaborating with our designer on user research, and working with other members of the team to understand their needs for internal tools.
Collaborating on the development of our design / engineering / product team processes.
Skillset wise
You are proficient in backend and frontend development, with a preference for frontend development and technologies.
You will have experience developing large and complex applications and building high throughput systems with microservices and/or event-driven architectures and both relational and non-relational databases.
You have a strong interest in decentralised web.
Some of technology for the role will be learning as you go, and we hope that’s exactly what you are looking for. However, experience in some mix of the following technology and practises is important for the role:
- ES2015, Typescript, React
- Native development or React Native
- Node.js, GraphQL, relational and non relational databases
- AWS, Serverless, cloud technology
- Domain-driven Design, Infrastructure-as-code, Functional Programming
- Agile, Lean, XP
Personality wise
You are vocale and proactive without direct supervision, leading the project from idea to completion.
You are used to working in a small team.
You’re flexible and adaptable, to changing situations and responsibilities, and can work on many projects simultaneously.
Hiring process
Between one to two hours call.
We will ask you to show us and explain some code and project you are proud of.

Q: Are you open to remote work?
A: Yes, we are very flexible with remote work. To facilitate cooperation we are limiting our team’s timezones to UTC (London time) to UTC+2 (Eastern European time).
Q: Is this a full-time role?
A: Yes. We’re are not looking for contractors or freelancers
Q: What does the interviewing process look like?
A: You will have video calls with the relevant person. We don’t believe in white board interviews. We will ask that you show us some code that you wrote and are proud of and explain it to us.
Q: I don’t know your technology stack should I apply anyway?
A: We believe a good engineer can pick up any new technology in a reasonable amount of time. You need to show a strong desire to grow and learn.
