Investmotion acts as data controller about processing done through this website.

These processing will be made in accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as modified (the “Loi Informatique et Libertés” or “LIL”) and with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, as known as « GDPR »).
